Financial Controller (Biopharmaceuticals)

Location: Vienna, Austria; flexible working arrangements and remote work options are available.

Salary: Gross annual salary starting at EUR 58,000, with potential for a higher offer depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Manage monthly closings and participate in year-end closings as part of management reporting.
• Prepare ongoing reports and communicate variance analyses.
• Support planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, for local management and CEE affiliates.
• Develop and optimize internal controlling processes and reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, local departments, and international affiliates.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling or Accounting, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent MS Office and SAP skills.
• Very good written and spoken English required.
• Strong analytical skills, numerical affinity, and a precise, independent, and structured approach to work.
• Reliability, motivation, willingness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
