Business Controller (MedTech)

Location: Istanbul, Turkey; hybrid working model

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial, management, cash flow, and ad hoc reports.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor operating expenses, sales performance, profitability, and financial indicators.
• Support pricing strategy by assessing the financial impact of price changes, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate budgeting, periodic budget revisions, and monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Provide financial insights and decision support to senior management and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance monitoring.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI, AI-enabled analytics, and data automation solutions.
