Operations Graduate Program – Summer 2027 Internship (Biotech Operations)

Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; students must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Salary: $35.34–$41.83 per hour

What you will do

• Complete a 13-week internship project within the Operations function during Summer 2027.
• Explore opportunities and advance core business priorities related to safe, reliable, and high-quality medicine delivery.
• Contribute to challenges across engineering, global supply chain, manufacturing, operations transformation and digital strategy, process development, or quality.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and business stakeholders through presentations and networking engagements.
• Participate in an in-person professional development week at the Thousand Oaks headquarters, including training, mentoring, and networking.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and available to work a full-time schedule.
• Must have completed a bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in an accredited MBA, master’s, PharmD, or PhD program, with the first year completed before the internship begins.
• Must be located in the United States throughout the internship and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must remain enrolled in an accredited college or university after the internship and be available to commit to potential full-time employment by July 2028.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, networking, time-management, and project-management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• Two years of relevant experience in leadership, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, consulting, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, or related industries.
• Experience applying AI and continuous improvement techniques to automate processes and support proactive problem-solving.
• Business acumen, intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, and a demonstrated passion for innovation in Operations.
