What you will do
- Lead multiple concurrent private markets fundraising campaigns, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
- Develop campaign plans, timelines, governance frameworks, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Coordinate workstreams across Sales, Investments, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
- Coordinate investor-facing materials, due diligence content, sales collateral, data rooms, and digital repositories.
- Manage responses to DDQs, RFIs, RFPs, and other investor requests.
- Improve fundraising processes through technology, automation, workflow optimisation, and standardisation.
Requirements
- Experience in private markets, asset management, or fundraising within complex investment environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Experience using AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and digital workflows to improve productivity and fundraising execution.
- Strong organisational, programme management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of private markets fundraising, institutional investor due diligence, alternative investment products, CRM and fundraising technologies, investor data rooms, and fund launches or capital-raising activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
