OEM Manager - Vacuum Technique Service

Location: On-site in China, with locations in Shanghai, Suzhou, and Tianjin. The role requires intensive travel.

What you will do

• Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies with key OEMs to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Act as the liaison between the hirify.global China Vacuum Technique Service team and strategic OEM partners.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and key OEMs and sales channels.
• Coordinate support, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives.
• Support customer visits, technical training, and new product training for key channels and OEMs.
• Manage profitable sales growth, partner planning, performance milestones, and channel conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management.
• More than 8 years of solid sales experience, ideally driving key OEM sales in a similar market.
• Technical understanding or an engineering background, with knowledge of vacuum technology or general industry preferred.
• Experience in sales management, planning, reporting, and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written English required.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, customer-facing, and computer skills.
