D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Birmingham, Manchester, or Marlow, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Define and deliver the Microsoft Dynamics 365 learning and adoption strategy for the Sales organisation.
• Act as the subject matter expert for D365 capability and develop learning solutions that support behaviour change.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, and programme stakeholders.
• Create blended learning programmes, adoption campaigns, manager toolkits, and performance support resources.
• Measure adoption through feedback, performance data, and business insights, recommending improvements to capability and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for large-scale change, business transformation, or enterprise system adoption.
• Strong expertise in learning design, content creation, facilitation, digital learning, workshops, coaching, and manager support.
• Ability to engage and upskill Sales and Sales Support teams and translate complex processes into practical learning experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Availability to work in a hybrid format from the Birmingham, Manchester, or Marlow office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms such as Whatfix or FollowMe.
• Professional certification such as PROSCI, CIPD, or Instructional Design.
