What you will do
- Own, administer, and optimize the Nature Masterclasses Docebo learning platform.
- Design and implement learning pathways, certification programs, and learner experiences with publishing, product, and learning design colleagues.
- Configure platform settings, reporting, learner management processes, and integrations with webinar and other third-party technologies.
- Develop, maintain, and publish digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Investigate platform issues, manage vendor and technical partner relationships, and support platform enhancements.
- Analyze learner engagement and platform usage data, maintain reports and dashboards, and conduct quality assurance and testing.
Requirements
- Experience administering or managing an LMS or LXP and optimizing learning technologies to improve learner experience and business outcomes.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Articulate Rise and/or Storyline and conducting quality assurance and testing activities.
- Experience with learner support, platform administration, digital learning delivery, reporting, and analytics.
- Ability to learn and master new systems and technologies quickly.
Nice to have
- Experience administering Docebo and configuring learning pathways, certifications, and learner journeys.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCORM, xAPI, accessibility standards, and WCAG requirements.
- Experience administering webinar or virtual event platforms and using AI tools to improve productivity or learning experiences.
- Experience in higher education, academic publishing, or EdTech, or supporting global audiences and researcher learning needs.
