Digital Learning Designer (Articulate 360)

Location: Slough, UK; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home. Relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Transform learning strategies and content into engaging digital learning experiences for frontline advisors and the Consumer & Shopper Engagement organisation.
• Develop e-learning solutions using the Articulate 360 Suite and manage publishing, troubleshooting, and content deployment in learning management systems.
• Create multimedia learning assets through graphic design and video production.
• Lead multiple learning projects from concept through delivery.
• Partner with learning teams, stakeholders, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective learning solutions.
• Build scalable digital learning approaches and explore AI and digital technologies that improve learner outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience delivering e-learning solutions with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Experience administering learning management systems, including publishing, troubleshooting, and content deployment.
• Experience creating multimedia learning assets through graphic design and video production.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning practices.
• Experience leading multiple learning projects from concept through delivery.
• Applications and portfolio must be submitted in English; a portfolio upload is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience creating digital learning content with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with authoring tools beyond Articulate 360 Suite and Vyond.
• Experience implementing AI tools in learning design or content creation workflows.
