What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day operation and continued growth of the editorial training programme.
- Conduct needs analysis and develop a roadmap for research integrity training.
- Develop and update role-specific training courses and learning pathways from content creation through delivery and maintenance.
- Administer the Editorial Academy, including courses, users, enrolments, reports, and configurations.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and gather feedback to improve training deliverables.
- Plan and deliver live webinars and ensure training meets quality, accessibility, and inclusive learning standards.
Requirements
- Experience developing and delivering training programmes using eLearning, webinars, and hybrid learning formats.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience translating complex topics into effective learning experiences with subject matter experts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against agreed timelines.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational, instructional design, content development, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of scholarly publishing, peer review processes, and research integrity.
- Working knowledge of tools and software used to create and deliver training content.
- Experience tailoring content for different audiences, learning needs, and delivery channels.
