What you will do

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, blended-learning, and performance-support materials.
• Partner with subject-matter experts to translate complex technical and regulated content into clear learning solutions.
• Create and maintain curricula, course outlines, facilitator guides, participant materials, e-learning modules, job aids, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Ensure training materials meet quality, document-control, regulatory, accessibility, and audit-readiness requirements.
• Evaluate curricula, assignments, assessments, learner progression, feedback, and performance data to improve learning effectiveness.
• Support transformation by implementing improved learning tools, standards, workflows, governance, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Operations, Development, or related functions; biopharmaceutical or life sciences experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning and development, organizational development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience designing training in a regulated, quality-controlled, or highly governed environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning theory, instructional design, curriculum development, assessment design, and learning evaluation.
• Experience interpreting policies, procedures, technical content, and regulatory requirements and converting them into effective training.
• Knowledge of Articulate, Captivate, AI technology, SCORM, and LMS platforms, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
