What you will do

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and execution of an operational transition to an external outsourcing partner.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
• Align processes, responsibilities, and governance between the retained organisation and the outsourcing partner.
• Coordinate Operations, Business, Risk, Compliance, IT, Management, and external vendors.
• Identify operational risks and deviations early and own solutions that protect delivery, business readiness, and compliance.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in financial services.
• Experience with operational processes in banking, payments, cards, or financial-services outsourcing transformations.
• Background in business process transitions, operational excellence, or BPO transitions.
• Experience managing external suppliers and complex vendor relationships in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and execution-focused approach.
