Principal, Tech Project Manager - Cybersecurity Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity)

Project budgets managed in the role range from $250,000 to $3 million.

What you will do

• Lead global technical and non-technical teams and consultants delivering strategic cybersecurity projects and programs.
• Define project benefits, outcomes, scope, schedules, estimates, dependencies, and delivery plans with business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, escalations, conflicts, and adherence to software delivery and change management methodologies.
• Prepare project charters, communication plans, status reports, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Manage capital and expense budgets, analyze variances, optimize spending, and support annual budget planning.
• Coordinate staffing, resource utilization, performance feedback, governance improvements, and adoption of delivery tools and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall experience, including experience in the financial services industry.
• At least 5 years leading and managing high-visibility technology projects.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity projects involving identity and access management, privileged access management, identity governance and administration, authentication and authorization, data protection, security operations, or attack surface management.
• Experience managing project budgets from $250,000 to $3 million, including internal and external labor.
• Experience with software delivery lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, as well as demand and capacity management.
• Degree from a college or university; current PMP certification is strongly preferred.
