Transport Manager (Chemicals)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day customer deliveries from planning through successful completion.
• Lead a small operational driver team and provide direction, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure safety, compliance, driver engagement, and operational targets are maintained.
• Manage delivery failures, equipment availability, budgets, and relevant performance analysis.
• Work with the wider transport network and share operational best practices.
• Support or deputise for the site Operations Manager.

Requirements

• UK residency and current residence in the UK.
• Right to work in the UK with satisfactory proof required.
• Driving licence.
• Driver CPC and Transport Manager CPC.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
