What you will do

• Plan and execute audits assessing process effectiveness and operator competency.
• Train operators on quality procedures, inspection methods, and workmanship standards.
• Provide technical guidance across production and development environments.
• Support business systems and product audits.
• Collaborate on problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report findings and inspect parts using advanced inspection techniques.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a technological field or equivalent technical training, such as an apprenticeship.
• At least five years of experience in precision machining, assembly, or test processes.
• Experience with auditing techniques and statistical sampling methods.
• Strong proficiency in inspection techniques, gaging, and test equipment.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently across diverse production areas.
