What you will do

• Establish and develop Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office initiatives across production and administration.
• Plan, coordinate, track, and evaluate Lean activities and transformation roadmaps.
• Apply Lean methods to eliminate waste, improve workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
• Lead Kaizen workshops, root cause investigations, standard-work development, and quality improvement activities.
• Train and coach employees on Lean tools and best practices while collaborating across functions.
• Lead the local Lean team and exchange standard processes with international hirify.global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in Lean or Continuous Improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of Kaizen, Management for Daily Improvement, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Problem Solving, and Standard Work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Very good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
