Quality Assurance Specialist

What you will do

• Represent quality assurance in team meetings, new product design, data reviews, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements, standards, and procedures.
• Prepare documentation and reports for complaint investigations, supplier corrective action requests, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor equipment control, supplier management, batch record review, and the release and control of quality records.
• Contribute to management reviews, quality system processes, and process improvement initiatives.
• Follow laboratory protocols, SOPs, chemical handling requirements, regulatory procedures, and equipment-use standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of technical, regulatory, quality, and production management systems.
• Knowledge of documentation principles and processes, with strong accuracy, clarity, and proofreading skills.
• Problem-solving skills, including identifying root causes and evaluating appropriate courses of action.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, computer entry, typing, and electronic document filing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
