Senior Data Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Build live dashboards and conduct deep-dive analysis for the UK Claims team.
• Act as the technical owner for analytics standards, including data warehousing architecture, data modelling, and data cleanliness.
• Define KPIs and metrics that translate complex data structures into clear business insights.
• Present findings and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Support team growth by contributing to talent acquisition and defining required capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science or data analytics, including building live dashboards.
• Experience leading a team of data scientists.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and the Databricks environment.
• Experience analysing large datasets with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Comfort working in a growing or scale-up business environment.
