What you will do
- Maintain and improve Microsoft Power BI performance-reporting suites for Product Management teams.
- Identify relevant KPIs and performance measures for Product Management.
- Use reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for change, course correction, and product-strategy iteration.
- Provide ad hoc analytics, reporting, and performance support to the function.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
- Improve data sources and enable faster, more automated reporting in collaboration with Data Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in a data-analytics role delivering data management, analysis, insights, and reporting solutions.
- Expertise in Power BI and DAX, plus knowledge of Tableau or equivalent data-visualization software.
- Experience with performance management and the ability to propose new KPIs based on performance gaps.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tell stories with data.
- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain focused on outcomes.
Nice to have
- SQL coding experience.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience.
