Senior Insights Analyst (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain operational performance dashboards and reporting.
• Combine multiple data sources to produce meaningful business insights.
• Support KPI, metric, and OKR development across the COO function.
• Prepare executive reporting for senior stakeholders and analyse performance trends.
• Improve reporting processes and increase automation where possible.
• Collaborate with business, change, and data teams to translate complex data into recommendations and actions.

Requirements

• Experience using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data.
• Experience building reports and visualisations in Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, or performance reporting.
• Ability to work with multiple evolving data sources and in changing, sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insight.
