Operations Senior Analyst - User Operations

Location: Madrid; based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Madrid

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and data automations for User Operations.
• Translate operational data into concrete initiatives and data-driven management decisions.
• Provide actionable metrics for user support operations.
• Give event partners visibility into the performance of their experiences.
• Support app developments that directly shape the user experience.
• Run projects end-to-end and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data or analytics, such as analyst, data PM, BI, or operations analytics roles.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards with Metabase, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Ability to structure, prioritize, and improve operational projects independently.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Relevant Master’s degree or additional training in analytics.
• Interest in explaining concepts to others and helping people grow.
• People-management experience is not required; the role may evolve to manage a team member.
