Data & Analytics PM

Location: Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Madrid; home-office friendly.

What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and data automations for User Operations and support teams.
• Translate operational and event data into actionable metrics and data-driven initiatives.
• Provide partners with visibility into event performance.
• Support app developments that influence the user experience.
• Run projects end-to-end and coordinate with central Data and support operations stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data or analytics, such as analyst, data PM, BI, or operations analytics.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards with Metabase, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant Master's degree or additional training in analytics.
• Interest in explaining concepts to others and supporting professional growth.
• People-management responsibility is expected to develop over time, but prior experience is not required.
