Content Designer (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at an office site.

Salary: £72,702–£80,780 per year

What you will do

• Create engaging, readable, accessible content for banking apps and websites.
• Use research and customer insights to improve digital conversations and experiences.
• Own content design within an agile, multidisciplinary product environment.
• Develop content strategy, tone of voice, and consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product teams to define success metrics and shape design approaches.
• Provide content expertise and influence stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer.
• Experience working in a complex environment, ideally financial services.
• Ability to write concise, clear, consistent, and on-brand content in multiple tones of voice.
• Confidence collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders across product, risk, legal, and branding.
• Experience using and collaborating in design platforms such as Figma.
