Senior Product Designer (Data Management)

Location: Remote, United Kingdom. Applicants must have and maintain the right to work in the UK from the first day of employment.

What you will do

• Lead all design aspects of data management projects from discovery through delivery within cross-functional agile teams.
• Design intuitive enterprise web products, interaction patterns, and data visualisation experiences.
• Use user research and data to inform design concepts, product prioritisation, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Expand, evolve, and support adoption of the hirify.global Product Language design system.
• Give and receive constructive feedback while mentoring other designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centred design practices and strong design craftsmanship.
• Experience designing web products and user interfaces for enterprise users.
• Ability to distil complex use cases and requirements into sophisticated, scalable, optimised solutions.
• Experience with Figma, hirify.global’s primary design tool.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
