UX Designer (PropTech)

Location: London, UK Office; hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week.

What you will do

• Lead UX across strategic initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user interviews, product reviews, persona development, usability testing, and other requirements discovery.
• Create user interfaces, process flows, information architecture, interaction designs, prototypes, wireframes, and design specifications.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, designers, and stakeholders to adapt and verify designs through agile delivery.
• Facilitate design reviews, advocate for user needs, and maintain UI guidelines and visual standards.
• Identify product enhancements and keep designs aligned with industry trends and user needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading UX for complex enterprise or B2B products.
• Player/coach mindset with experience mentoring designers while remaining hands-on.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple designers or initiatives while maintaining UX quality.
• Ability to work from the London office within the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Design system governance experience.
• UX research and usability testing experience.
• Accessibility knowledge, including WCAG.
• Experience improving design processes and team operations.
• Experience driving adoption of AI-enabled design practices.
