Product Solutions Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote. Expected travel includes two annual one-week team events and 10–15% travel for customer workshops, requirements engineering, and training.

What you will do

• Act as the primary product contact for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, customization, rollout, and adoption.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes, operational challenges, business objectives, and technical environments.
• Gather, challenge, refine, and validate requirements; define solution approaches, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the functional delivery of customization projects and collaborate with engineering teams on solution design, development, testing, and rollout.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, customer sign-off, and measurable value realization.
• Explain technical concepts and implementation trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders while balancing customer needs with product maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Specialist or Business Analysis roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and software implementation processes.
• Technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, and software implementation concepts.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating customer needs into structured requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• English at minimum C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, airline operations, airline catering, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile product development.
• Experience creating product documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Experience conducting market or competitor research.
