What you will do
- Handle sales-related inquiries and support the Korean branch through daily communication with channel partners, worldwide factories, sales representatives, marketing, customers, and suppliers.
- Enter orders based on demo requests and coordinate fulfillment with the logistics team.
- Support sales operations before and after orders.
- Manage data in SAP, ERP, and CRM systems, maintaining accurate business records.
- Support internal sales operations and general affairs activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience using SAP.
- Onsite availability in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
Nice to have
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, such as Sales Administrator.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
