Copilot Studio Engineer (AI)

Salary: €2,346 gross per month minimum wage component; final compensation is negotiable based on experience and profile

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions primarily with Python.
• Build AI solutions ushirify.global Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Design integrations between automation solutions and enterprise platforms ushirify.global APIs.
• Align solution design and QA testhirify.global with technical leads while promothirify.global code quality and automation best practices.
• Create technical documentation, coach citizen developers, review solutions, and support automation adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience, preferably in intelligent automation or AI workflow projects.
• Proven understandhirify.global of AI technologies and solution delivery with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Fluent English.
• Familiarity with process automation and AI delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with intelligent document processhirify.global, natural language processhirify.global, machine learnhirify.global, or SQL.
