TL;DR
AI & Automation Specialist (Copilot, Power Platform) (Copilot, Power Platform): Designing and implementing AI-powered automation solutions with an accent on Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, and GitHub Copilot adoption. Focus on integrating REST APIs and AI services, defining governance and security practices, and improving automation adoption across international business teams.
Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work arrangement. A valid working visa for the EU is required.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement cloud and desktop automation flows with Power Automate.
- Build and manage M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including chatbots, conversational agents, and agentic workflows.
- Support development teams in adopting GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding practices.
- Analyze business processes, gather stakeholder requirements, and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Define governance, security, and usage best practices for Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
- Deliver training, monitor solution performance and adoption, and track implementation costs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, plus GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Experience designing integrations with REST APIs, JSON, and standard or custom connectors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI or other AI services.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or C#, as well as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience analyzing business processes in finance, HR, sales, or operations and identifying automation opportunities.
- Professional or fluent written and spoken English and Italian are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform governance, security and compliance, or enterprise-scale automation and AI adoption programs.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, or AI-900.
