Power Platform & AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft Power Platform environments and maintain Center of Excellence governance, including DLP policies, connector governance, security roles, licensing, access controls, and platform guardrails.
• Manage application lifecycle activities such as solution promotion, versioning, release management, change control, validation, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Design, develop, and support production-grade Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, intelligent automations, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Lead prompt engineering and conversational design, including topics, triggers, escalation paths, and AI interaction patterns.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, ServiceNow, Jira, enterprise APIs, and MCP servers.
• Support enterprise adoption through architecture reviews, training, maker enablement, dashboards, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform administrator and hands-on developer in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions integrating Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Experience designing AI-driven automation solutions and supporting production-grade AI systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with enterprise integrations via APIs or MCP servers.

Nice to have

• UiPath development or administration experience.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharma, healthcare, GxP, or SOX.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Power Platform or Copilot Studio certifications.
• Experience supporting distributed teams through a centralized Center of Excellence.
