Copilot Studio Engineer (AI)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; flexible working hours and work from home are available.

Salary: €2,346 gross per month minimum wage component; final compensation is negotiable based on experience and profile.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions primarily with Python.
• Build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions with business analysts and stakeholders.
• Design integrations between automation solutions and enterprise platforms using APIs.
• Contribute to solution design documentation, user guidelines, code quality, and QA practices.
• Coach citizen developers, conduct solution reviews, and support automation adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience, preferably in intelligent automation or AI workflow projects.
• Proven understanding of AI technologies and solution delivery with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Fluent English required.
• Familiarity with process automation and AI delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with intelligent document processing, natural language processing, machine learning, or SQL.
• Experience with ABBYY Vantage or Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps, and PowerBI.
