Analytics and AI Engineer (Python/PySpark/GenAI): Building and deploying user-centric AI applications and data products from initial concept through production with an accent on product ownership, data processing, and data storytelling. Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work
Salary: EUR 2,400–4,100 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do
- Own and drive AI product development from initial concept through production deployment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Design and develop user-centric AI applications using Python and PySpark.
- Build data-driven applications with a strong focus on user experience and data storytelling.
- Shape data and AI products around business value while maintaining technical excellence.
- Track GenAI technologies and best practices to support sustainable and efficient data products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data processing frameworks such as PySpark.
- Experience in product ownership or product management for technical products.
- Ability to build data-driven applications with a user-focused mindset and communicate insights through data storytelling.
- Independent self-learning skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Good fluent communication in English and availability for the hybrid Bratislava setup.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and TypeScript.
- Project management experience within agile frameworks.
- Experience with machine learning and familiarity with large language models.
