Senior Data Analyst - Customer Service EMEA (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and interactive dashboards for service performance.
• Provide actionable insights and performance recommendations to regional and local service leadership.
• Align and reconcile operational metrics across scorecards and reporting systems with global, regional, and local service teams.
• Develop benchmarking analyses, performance reports, intelligent alerts, and decision-support capabilities.
• Build automated data pipelines, reporting workflows, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Support service transformation programs and apply AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining to complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, business analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role within a global organization.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent analytics and data visualization tools.
• Experience with data modeling, forecasting, KPI development, and large, complex datasets.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and analytical solutions.
• Fluent English and strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in service operations, customer support, field service, or healthcare diagnostics.
• Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data architecture.
• Experience with process automation, workflow orchestration, change management, or performance improvement.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization.
