Senior Data Intelligence Analyst (Databricks)

What you will do

• Define design patterns, usage frameworks, standards, and documentation for Databricks and AI-enabled analytics.
• Design enterprise data models, transformations, and pipeline specifications in partnership with IT.
• Align SAP, Databricks, and Power BI reporting layers across Finance and Supply Chain.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, curated datasets, and standardized business logic.
• Define and enable AI-powered analytics use cases, including Copilot and natural-language querying.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT engineering teams while communicating architecture decisions to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, particularly in early-stage or evolving environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and enterprise data models.
• Experience partnering with IT on pipeline design and working knowledge of SAP data environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or AI-powered analytics solutions.
