Data Analytics Consultant

Location: Netherlands; work from home, client offices, or hirify.global hubs in Amsterdam and Maastricht. A work permit cannot be provided.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define business goals, requirements, solution blueprints, workshops, and mock-ups.
• Map, extract, clean, enrich, and validate data, including feature engineering to create stable analytical datasets.
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using data visualization tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and exploratory investigations to generate actionable business insights.
• Present complex technical and analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and support business users.
• Contribute to internal data science and generative AI initiatives, thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a relevant industry role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R, plus proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable dashboarding tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• German language skills.
• Interest in innovative analytics and AI solutions for sustainability and business impact.
