Technical Sales Specialist (Cell And Gene Therapy)

Location: USA — Remote. Up to 20% travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with Inside Sales, Business Development, and Global Strategic Account Teams to support technical programs and achieve sales targets.
• Identify client technical needs and recommend appropriate Aldevron products and solutions.
• Explain complex scientific and technical information clearly to customers.
• Represent Aldevron as a scientific expert at trade shows and conferences.
• Partner with business unit, sales, and marketing leaders to incorporate industry changes, scientific updates, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of client support, sales, or marketing experience in cell and gene therapy.
• Deep scientific knowledge of mRNA, DNA, and protein manufacturing.
• Creative problem-solving and solutions-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA and travel up to 20% for client and industry events.
