Product Sales Specialist (Cell Culture Media)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; remote work may be available for eligible roles.

Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually. Target total compensation, including Sales Incentive Compensation, is $180,000–$240,000 annually.

What you will do

• Achieve sales and order-volume targets at target prices across assigned accounts and territories.
• Prepare annual territory sales budgets, forecast sales, analyze data, and maintain commercial records.
• Build customer relationships, develop business strategies, and grow opportunities for hirify.global Cell Culture.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and provide feedback to management, product, services, and marketing teams.
• Develop and implement territory go-to-market plans, including project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Maintain existing business while identifying and developing new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of strategic sales or related commercial experience.
• Proven customer project-planning skills.
• Strong influencing, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• High-level presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly to customers.
