Infor EPM Senior Consultant

What you will do

• Lead client engagements, assess business processes, and define Enterprise Performance Management solution strategies.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
• Design, configure, implement, and migrate Infor EPM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Support platform selection and planning-process migration between Infor Cloud and Anaplan.
• Provide technical leadership across testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants, create documentation and training materials, and contribute to client relationships and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, EPM implementations, or business transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor EPM implementations in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management processes.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning, plus experience with ETL or modern data engineering platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Infor Certified Professional – Enterprise Performance Management certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Anaplan and comparing or migrating planning processes between EPM platforms.
