Marketing Demand Performance & Analytics Specialist EMEA

Location: Remote or hybrid from a European country with a Videojet office: Italy, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey, the UK, Germany, or Poland. Office location listed as Huntingdon, UK. A final interview is onsite.

What you will do

• Own performance analysis across the complete Lead-to-Order funnel and identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver executive reports, leadership dashboards, scorecards, and actionable recommendations for EMEA stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation, validation, and publication of Demand Generation reporting.
• Define and govern KPIs, reporting standards, benchmarking methods, and target-setting processes.
• Manage reporting environments including Tableau, Salesforce Reporting, Bowler, and future visibility platforms.
• Partner with commercial, operational, IT, Sales Operations, and Global Data teams to improve data quality and decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, revenue operations, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical function.
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline management, data management, and Lead-to-Order processes.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and performance visibility solutions.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations and performance improvement strategies.
• Professional fluency in English required. Additional European languages are an advantage.
