Business Intelligence Development Manager

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid

Salary: 203,000–305,000 PLN per year, plus annual performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Poland-based Business Intelligence development team.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, BI initiative delivery, and operational support.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Establish BI development standards, data governance practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Drive process optimization, automation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering Business Intelligence, analytics, or reporting solutions.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar technologies.
• Experience with SQL, data warehouses, data modeling, data pipelines, and data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience managing distributed or global teams and working in Agile or Scrum delivery models.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or modern cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management solutions.
• Experience leading BI platform migrations, modernization initiatives, or enterprise-scale analytics environments.
• Experience using AI-powered analytics and development tools.
