Director of Finance, EMEA (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide regional finance leadership and business partnership across EMEA in collaboration with the CFO, regional leaders and global finance teams.
• Own EMEA budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting quality and performance analysis.
• Oversee statutory, tax and regulatory compliance across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintain regional financial governance, internal controls and risk management.
• Lead finance process improvement and support the migration from Microsoft Dynamics SL to an updated ERP platform.
• Lead and develop the regional finance team and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external advisors.

Requirements

• Graduate degree and professional management accounting qualification, such as CIMA or a Dutch equivalent.
• Significant experience overseeing finance operations across multiple EMEA legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, international tax, transfer pricing, payroll compliance, financial controls and multi-currency reporting.
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed organisation and influencing stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with strong numerical, analytical, organisational and planning abilities.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing finance professionals, with willingness to travel as required.
