Transcend Manager POM/MAKE (SAP)

Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland; additional posting locations include Latina, Italy, and Leiden, Netherlands. Up to 25% travel.

Salary: €70,100–€121,210 annually in the primary posting location. Additional ranges: Italy €56,100–€96,945; Netherlands €68,600–€119,600.

What you will do

• Lead deployment of the global Transcend functional process template across regions and business units.
• Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA standard capabilities and SAP Clean Core principles.
• Lead process authorities and coordinate cross-functional business, IT, SAP, validation, and system integration teams.
• Oversee solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing, UAT, and compliance validation.
• Partner with change management teams to develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Shape adoption of standardized Make and Process Order Management processes across regulated operations.

Requirements

• University degree in quality, business, IT, technical, or scientific studies, or comparable experience.
• At least six years of professional experience.
• Experience with end-to-end value stream processes in a regulated GxP environment, including commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition.
• Experience designing scalable SAP solutions using Clean Core principles, standard functionality, configuration, and approved extensibility.
• Experience or good knowledge of SAP Make, plus strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of validation and compliance practices in regulated environments.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or broader life-sciences projects.
• Understanding of SAP technologies, digital business solutions, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with MES systems and SAP integration.
