R&D Program Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Management

Location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland

Salary: €84,880–€127,320 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead or support cross-functional teams developing, commercializing, and maintaining cardiac rhythm management delivery system products.
• Manage projects across new product development and ongoing product lifecycle activities.
• Build project schedules, monitor progress, manage changing priorities, and coordinate interventions and problem solving.
• Review project status and budgets, prepare reports, and communicate risks, issues, decisions, and capacity constraints.
• Support resource tracking, program updates, design and business reviews, metrics, and the project management infrastructure.
• Implement project management best practices and provide guidance, coaching, and training to colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working proactively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong communication, organization, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and other PMO tools.
• Ability to manage large projects or processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP certification, Agile experience, or a master’s degree in project management.
• Experience with medical device design control.
