Product Development Program Manager (CTOR) CardioVascular Surgery

Location: Galway, County Galway, Ireland

Salary: €84,880–€127,320 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan short-term incentive.

What you will do

• Lead operations strategy across new product development and commercial lifecycle phases for CardioVascular Surgery products.
• Coordinate teams across process development, manufacturing engineering, technical sourcing, supply chain, site planning, and distribution.
• Define program scope, timelines, governance, priorities, risks, and resource plans across product development workstreams.
• Shape manufacturing processes, supplier relationships, value-stream capacity plans, and product validation activities through commercial launch.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and geographically distributed operations teams around cost, quality, supply, and business objectives.
• Coach personnel and lead through indirect authority across a global matrix organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at NFQ Level 8 with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a regulated environment, including new product development.
• Ability to influence across global matrix organizations and lead through indirect authority.
• Experience making strategic trade-off decisions to meet cost, quality, and supply objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Nice to have

• Operations leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, supplier management, or process development.
• Experience working with global, remote teams.
• Experience applying Design for Reliability and Manufacturability, First Time Quality, and Flow Acceleration methodologies.
