Program Manager - Strategic Projects Manager (f/m/d) (Automotive)

Salary: Minimum gross annual salary of €42,000

What you will do

• Lead customer programs from nomination through series production stabilization.
• Coordinate R&D, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, finance, and sales functions.
• Guide Project Managers and ensure consistent program execution and governance.
• Manage customer communication, escalations, negotiations, changes, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate plant readiness for industrialization, product launch, and ramp-up.
• Monitor plans, milestones, budgets, risks, KPIs, reporting, profitability, and cost control.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience in international manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs across time, cost, quality, scope, and risk.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and directly managing Project Managers.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, industrialization, quality, supply chain, and launch processes.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or a similar qualification.
• Strong knowledge of program management methods, tools, and reporting.
