Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering (Workday)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners.

Base salary: €110,400–€165,600 per year, with potential eligibility for a bonus plan, commission or bonus, and annual refresh stock grants.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of hirify.global deployment engineers.
• Deliver hirify.global implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Translate customer business requirements into hirify.global configurations and deployment plans.
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, solution architects, technical teams, product, support, and partner teams.
• Improve deployment practices, tools, testing, validation, monitoring, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure deployments meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards while resolving blockers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development engineering and evolving delivery processes, tools, and strategies.
• Experience leading and scaling technical teams, preferably in hirify.global, ERP, or enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing technical programs.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global’s platform, deployment lifecycle, configuration practices, software development, and engineering leadership.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, decision-making, technical presentation, and requirements skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
