Associate Warehouse Management Analyst (Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Support the transformation of warehouse and finished goods operations toward automated, data-driven workflows.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from WMS, ERP, and operational systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports covering receiving, work orders, productivity, inventory accuracy, shipment status, and exceptions.
• Monitor warehouse, inventory, finished goods, and outbound shipment activities to identify delays, risks, bottlenecks, and anomalies.
• Investigate inventory variances, failed transactions, interface issues, and recurring operational problems with Operations and IT.
• Participate in WMS, ERP, SAP, system integration, automation, and digital transformation projects from requirements gathering through post-deployment monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business analytics, data science, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or finished goods operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data cleaning, lookup functions, PivotTables, charts, and data analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of Power BI or Tableau and the ability to translate large datasets into actionable operational insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
• Academic or internship experience in dashboard development, data analytics, automation, process improvement, or system implementation.
• Exposure to WMS or ERP applications such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5-Why, Industry 4.0/5.0, IoT, AI, machine learning, or smart manufacturing.
