Category Performance Executive (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Track and analyse performance across Myprotein categories and key markets.
• Monitor sales, pricing, site metrics, conversion, and trading risks.
• Support category plans, pricing updates, promotions, and product launches.
• Research competitor activity, product launches, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain dashboards and reports and present insights during weekly and monthly trading reviews.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, category management, or digital trading.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or nutrition is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly.
• Understanding of pricing, promotions, profit margins, and commercial performance.
• Strong collaboration, organisation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics tools.
