Country Executive - Germany | Myprotein (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of the ecommerce trading strategy for the German market.
• Build and manage trading calendars aligned with commercial objectives and sales targets.
• Analyse customer behaviour, trading performance, and ecommerce metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and support product launches, promotions, and commercial campaigns.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Brand, Campaign, and Regional teams to improve the customer experience.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, propose A/B tests, and support reporting and commercial projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with ecommerce metrics and performance reporting.
• Excellent organisation, stakeholder management, collaboration, and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, results-focused approach with willingness to learn and take ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or online retail.
• Knowledge of ecommerce marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
• Background in sports nutrition, health, wellness, or fitness.
• Experience with analytics platforms, reporting tools, website optimisation, or testing programmes.
