Depositary Officer (Alternative Investment Funds)

What you will do

• Review fund governing documents and assess regulatory and operational requirements.
• Perform daily cash monitoring across client bank accounts and escalate exceptions.
• Verify and maintain records of financial and non-financial assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Review fund operations, controls, procedures, reporting, transactions, and documentation for compliance with governing documents and investment guidelines.
• Prepare quarterly and annual client reports covering ongoing activities and AIFMD compliance.
• Manage assigned client portfolios and build relationships with clients, fund service providers, and intermediaries.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze complex legal, financial, and operational documentation and draw sound conclusions.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive approach with confidence to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
