Fund Operations Oversight Officer (m/f) (CDD until the end of January 2027)

ING Solutions Investment Management is ING Luxembourg’s Super ManCo, managing UCITS and AIF investment fund solutions within the ING Group.

What you will do

• Perform initial and periodic due diligence on fund administration and depositary bank delegates.
• Review fund KPIs, KRIs, exception reports, cash and asset reconciliations, incidents, and delegated-function follow-ups.
• Coordinate fund corporate lifecycle activities, dividend payments, tax documentation, and recurring delegate meetings.
• Coordinate fund audits, check financial statements, and review other fund reporting.
• Organize fund board meetings and prepare board packs with administrators, depositaries, auditors, and investment managers.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams and provide backup for ManCo administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in the fund industry, including fund administration, depositary banking, or fund audit.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and fund organization for UCITS and AIF structures.
• Knowledge of fund accounting mechanisms, NAV calculation, financial markets, and financial products.
• Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with numbers.
• Fluent French and English are required.
